FOR HEALTHCARE
Methodologically Grounded Private, Public, And Life Sciences Research
Reach specialist clinicians, hard-to-reach patient populations, and global healthcare workforces. Trusted by the CDC, the Gates Foundation, and the World Food Programme.
Research Across Healthcare And Life Sciences
Communications & Attitudes
Know which messages resonate before launch by testing HCP and DTC materials with eye-tracking and facial coding. Reveal non-conscious attitudes toward stigma, treatments, and conditions with methodology that makes people comfortable enough to share.
Patient Experience Research
Understand how patients truly respond to healthcare interfaces, communications, and treatment information through real emotional-response measurement.
Clinical Recruitment And Trial Support
Improve recruitment efficiency by scoring trial concepts and messaging, evaluating trial designs, and broadening study reach.
Crisis & Reactive Response
Track sentiment in real-time through outbreaks, lockdowns, FDA black-box warnings, product recalls, and high-profile legal cases, from opioid litigation to antitrust suits.
Claims Testing
Know which product claims capture attention and drive trust by validating them with behavioral methodologies including implicit association testing and eye-tracking.
Build Awareness
Route respondents to informational pages, apps, and platforms, and target campaigns to the health topics they already care about.
Born To Address Gaps In Public Health Research
RIWI's technology started in public health. A researcher at the University of Toronto's Dalla Lana School of Public Health built it to track how people worldwide were protecting themselves against H1N1, and whether they trusted their governments' health messaging.
That same anonymous, sensitive-topic approach now spans a much wider range of applications: health system access, pharmaceutical products, digital therapeutics, care delivery, human rights, and clinical trial recruitment.
RIWI has worked with the Global Health Crisis Coordination Center and the CDC on vaccine hesitancy, with Elevyst on the stigma facing people who use drugs, and with the Fields Institute on public health guideline uptake during COVID-19. Other clients include the World Food Programme, the Internal Displacement Monitoring Centre, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
